VG in Toronto

my mother had squirrels in her attic and we called Empire to come remove them and seal the holes. Man at Empire quoted $265 if only 2 holes, and $350 at maximum if more than 2 holes. he came and took about 15 minutes to do the job and charged my mother $350, claiming to have installed 2 one-way doors (even though he had originally quoted $265 for 2 holes). however once my mom took a look after he left, she only saw 1 one-way door not 2. if the squirrels had been removed properly, she wouldn't have minded paying that extra money but they were not gone. they still kept coming in and out of the house. we have tried numerous times to speak to him, he either doesn't answer or hangs up during the conversation. my mother hasn't been able to sleep properly for weeks and has had to go to my sisters house occasionally to get proper sleep. she cannot afford to pay someone else to do this as she is a senior citizen and the $350 was quite a lot for her as she has very little income. i do NOT recommend this company

My previous contractor had done a horrible job laying down the shower tiling. Water was pooling everywhere. Marble Clinic came in and sanded it down as best they could, and they also sealed it. Its still not perfect (due to how the tile was laid down by the previous contractor) but its much much better than it was before! I am very happy with their work!!
