Johnny and Eden showed up on time from SWAT Wildlife. They were both very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We had suspected squirrel activity in the ceiling and between the walls. They did a thorough inspection of the exterior, the roof and the attic after listening to the descriptions we gave of what we were hearing. They suspected that it actually may be mice and so we chose to allow them to cut an opening in the ceiling where much of the noise was coming from and they quickly confirmed that it was mice. They helped to clean up and were kind and courteous. Now that the problem has been identified we just have to wait to see the results. With the 6 month warranty we are happy to recommend them as should the problem not resolve in the time indicated they will come up and assist again. Things that are important to us are obvious things like quality of service, fair prices and the warranty/guaranty. But also important to us are polite, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and caring people to deal with and from the woman I spoke to on the phone to Johnny and Eden, we received that.

We have used Captain Electric twice within the last month. Once was for an emergency, where we lost power when a tree fell and damaged the mast on the house. The other instance was for a fuse panel upgrade and other miscellaneous electrical upgrades. In both instances Dan was the lead on the job. Dan was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, what the options were, what the costs would be under each scenario, how long it would take and what the benefits and risks involved with each. There was no pressure ever. From the office staff to the crews, everyone that we dealt with was professional, polite, thorough and considerate. They were on time, on schedule and the job site was left clean. When the job was complete Dan showed and explained everything that had been done. The first crew was Dan, Dave and Kevin and the second crew was Dan, Cody and Enrico. We also dealt with Diane, Kierra and Todia from the office.
