I ordered a Napoleon barbeque from Garnet earlier this summer, on a recommendation I received from a friend. I was having difficulties ordering local because the barbeque was on backorder. From the first point of contact, Garnet was friendly and professional, and agreed to deliver the Barbeque to me in spite of the fact I was almost two hours by car. When the barbeque was delivered, Garnet and Todd were extremely careful with unloading and final assembly to make sure nothing was damaged. He also gave high level tips/instructions on what to do before using for the first time, as well as describing the features. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience, and would recommend this location to people.

When I was researching companies to do the work, Roto-Rooter responded quickly, and came to my house within a day to give me an estimate. I chose them because of the reviews, not because of price (they were in the middle range of estimates I received). George and his crew came to do the work, and it was done quickly and they cleaned up the mess. The estimate they provided was admittedly lower than it should have been, but the company honoured the original estimate without a hassle.

My insurance company got me in touch with Con-tech after my basement was flooded. Matt Gardner contacted me within a couple of hours and came to do a preliminary inspection of the damage. Within a couple of hours of the inspection, Matt had a cleanup crew in to remove damaged flooring, and supplied fans and dehumidifier to dry up the basement. I believe the speed in which he and his team reacted was the main reason the damage wasn't as bad as it could have been. I found all the staff to be extremely professional and committed to resolving my basement problems. They kept all their appointments, and kept me informed of every step of the process. I highly recommend using Con-Tech if you experience basement flooding.

This company installed my Fujitsu Halcyion in 2009. The installation was botched (which they admitted) We came to an agreement in OCTOBER 2009 and I have not been able to get on their calendar since then!!!!!! It is one excuse after another after another. If it isn't a new installation where you're spending thousands of dollars, you will NEVER get any service from them. The reviews here obviously support that. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE, LOOK FOR SOME OTHER COMPANY.
