We had our system installed almost 10 years ago, no issues at all. Installation was completed very fast with an experienced technician. Everything works very well. The few occasional phone calls I made over the years , for simple questions ( e.g. how to change batteries for the individual units ) were answered with clear, patient guidance until the job is done. Very happy with this company.

Changed the ice- maker and electric board. Rahul, the service technician was very fast and efficient. He was fast in diagnosing the problem initially, and offered a solution with reasonable price.

The job is to demolish the existing tiles and put in new flagstones for our front entrance steps. From the beginning, John has been very professional and answered our many questions and concerns. We feel confident to go ahead with Action for the project, and it turned out to be the right choice. Nick the master masonry was a real pro , and the whole entire Action team was very efficient and professional ( and nice) all through. Job was finished ahead of schedule. What beautiful stairs we have now. Many thanks again to the entire team for the wonderful job so well done.

Had to change to a newer central vac+ all new attachments, due to existing one being over 18 yrs . Tony installed very quickly, plus checked that whole house has good operating vacuum connections. After service was excellent, as I have to go back for a small change in the electric connection afterwards. This a family operated business, and it shows, they treat you very well and are very fair in prices. Best of all is the service we got. Thank-you very much.

Peter and his excellent assistant Tenzin had done several pretty major work ( the 3 listed + a couple of others ) at our house, over a period of about 3 years. His work has been well executed, timely and most importantly, problem free. He has been very good at a few minor adjustments that we needed to do to improve on his installations, all complimentary. This company has become our go-to place for plumbing issues. I will not hesitate to recommend him and his crew .

I just want to say a big Thank-you to Steve as he has been most wonderful in helping me with small issues over the years with my garage doors ( battery change, small alignment adjustment ) . Our garage doors were installed by his company Open Sesame 5 years ago, yet he would still offer complimentary service calls a few times already. This is going to be my go to company for carpet cleaning. Adel and his crew came to our house very soon after calling as I explained it was a bit of an emergency. They were professional, courteous and super efficient in their cleaning routine. As the carpet stain was bad, they offered to come for a second visit ( no extra charge) to make sure the stain is gone. I am super happy with the outcome. They were more than helpful in the after service as well - as I needed them to provide a report + pictures on the work to submit for a faulty appliance claims. Thank-you so much for all your help.

Trent strikes me as a contractor who is quite knowledgeable and straight. His quote was reasonable and the jobs were completed as planned. His completed work was exceptional. Paul was very courteous and nice. He came in very short notice. Luckily he was available as it was a small job and on the week-end. Our area is a little out of the way from his "zone" but he was very accommodating. Overall he was very professional and pleasant, and the job was nicely done. Thank-you

The garage door was warped after a small accident. Called Steve, thought I have to replace it, he came a few hours after my call.Said he wanted to see if he can fix it so I can park the car back inside -another freezing cold day here. Fixed the door in 10 minutes, so I can use it for now until I am ready to replace it one day. DID NOT CHARGE ME A PENNY! Steve, thank-you so much, I will most definitely give you a call to buy my new garage doors from you.You were wonderful, what a nice guy !

Selected Premium painting via Homestar owners reviews. Pleasantly surprised, made an appt. same day, Nestor came on time and gave a very reasonable quote on job. Superb work in repairing front entrance ceiling after plumbing work, fixed mouldings and repainted whole area, plus some smaller paint work here and there. I am very pleased with the finish work. Nestor and crew were wonderful in spite of having to work through 3 days of heat wave. Will definitely recommend his company to others. Thank-you again
