I live in a condo with two bathrooms done almost entirely in marble..floors, counters and shower walls. After more than 10 years the bathrooms looked shabby because the finish was gone, the marble had stains and spots. I decided to call the Marble Clinic and try refinishing before I spent a fortune replacing it all. They came and professionally buffed it down...removing almost every mark and then sealed it again. I was blown away, because my bathrooms gleam and look brand new. The crew was amazing and there was no mess left whatsoever. I would highly recommend this company.

What this company does is repaint your kitchen cabinets and install new handles if you want. The doors are taken off and taken back to their head office, where they are spray painted several times and allowed to cure. Then they come in and paint the rest in your home. I cannot say enough about what an amazing job they did. I also had them do my two bathroom vanities because I was so impressed. They came when they said they would. They handle everything and my kitchen looks brand new with a minimum amount of effort on my part. They help with colour selection. I cannot say enough about this company . They take true pride in their work, and it is flawless. And the price is absolutely affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I paid for 4 appliances on Nov 22nd in full and was told they were all in stock. Delivery was arranged for Dec 5, but the night before I was told the fridge wasn't in. The fridge finally arrived just before Christmas. I was busy and out and around Dec 30 went into the freezer and noticed everything was defrosted and both the freezer and the fridge were blowing warm air. Tasco could not arrange a service call until January 5th, and would not take the defective fridge away until a Whirlpool technician had seen it and sent paperwork to their head office. That meant I had no room for a loaner fridge, and was therefore left without a fridge until January 9th. On January 5th a technician finally came and said the fridge was damaged beyond repair, and needed a new inverter board .Since then nobody has called me. I am out Hundreds in lost food, hours in waiting for calls and have no idea when I will ever see a replacement. Customer service means you take ownership of a problem, so essentially Tasco doesn't provide any. This is the worst retail experience I have ever had. I would be mortified to work for a company that treats customers this way. This fridge has cost me a fortune so far and I still don't have it and nobody knows when I will. Customer service would have meant replacing the damaged fridge with a loaner immediately and deal with Whirlpool later. What appliance company would leave a client , who has paid in full, with no working fridge for 10 days?

I was quite dumbfounded by the results of my marble cleaning and resealing. Where it was once dull with water marks, it now shines like it is brand new. The whole process removed most of the stains and marks, and where they were too deep, the sealing process just made it pop so you just don't notice anything. My bathrooms look like they did the first day. I had expected the marble to look better, but not virtually restored to what it looked like on day one. The two gentlemen who did the work, were polite and extremely knowledgeable and more than helpful with tips on how to look after the marble going forward. I would highly recommend both the process and this company. Best Christine
