We needed to replace our bathroom counter-top and sink/taps and with a limited budget, so we decided to try out the new Discount Granite Plus located in Barrie, Ontario. We were met by Stephanie (co-owner) and we were amazed at her pleasant and patient demeanor! We were so undecided initially and she and her staff took the time to help us make the perfect decision! The order was placed and the granite countertop and sink were delivered sooner than promised. The installers worked fast and efficiently but after they left we noticed a tiny crack in the sink which may have happened during transportation. It was barely noticeable but we wanted it replaced. Granite Plus was very surprised and upset that this happened to us, so they immediately sent someone over to replace the sink! We are simply amazed at their quick reaction to fix the problem their concern/dedication in ensuring their customers are totally satisfied. I must also mention that their pricing is very affordable. Thank you Granite Plus!

We needed to replace our very outdated kitchen cupboards and counter so we shopped IKEA and other competitors. Rockwood was but far the best choice we made! The design team of Ashley Rogers and Danielle at the Barrie, Ontario location were so helpful, patient with us, and made they made great suggestions. Pricing was great, service was fantastic and follow-up by owner Tommy Ngyuen was very much appreciated. We absolutely love our kitchen and we have and will continue to recommend Rockwood Kitchens to everyone we know. Thanks to the team!

Our 19-year old furnace was on the fritz so we called Reliance Yanch Home Comfort and Josh the service technician came almost immediately. He arranged for us to meet with Jeff Moore so we could receive a quote to purchase. We were amazed that Jeff took his time to develop a trusting relationship with us. He was informative, honest & patient. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. We even changed our minds about what we wanted. Jeff made us feel like a valued customer & our new furnace & air conditioner is being installed customer next week! Reliance warranty is outstanding too! Highly recommend them and Jeff Moore!

From the sales rep, Barry Bingsley, the office receptionist, the woman who looks after payment, and the installers Kelly and his co-worker (sorry but can't remember his name)...top notch, customer satisfaction focussed, patient, informative, friendly and masters at their job! We found Reynolds Bros. Eaves to be very courteous, reliable and prompt to return phone calls. They did a great job replacing our eaves trough. The job was completed within 3 hours approximately; they removed all of the old eaves and cleaned up. No mess, no fuss, just a fast and efficient job.
