Well, the most positive thing I can say is that they are willing to exchange and refund, but they should rename their after sales service "Customer, Don't Care". First over the range microwave ("new, unsealed") had the top and sides punched in when the installers opened the box - amazingly, the styrofoam packing with the glass tray sitting on top in the box was undamaged. The exchange took about 2 weeks. The installers returned, opened the new box (again the foam with glass tray completely intact) and the microwave was out of its packaging with the face up and the electrical cord on top, where it chewed through the protective film damaging the door. CAS claims it is Panasonic and not them who is at fault and will not support the customer other than providing yet another unit, whose condition can't be determined until it is opened. They were willing to approve yet another exchange but when I asked them for something more - to have their installers come or to deliver for free given I had been through this twice, they were rude and aggressive. Back it goes. I will pay more from another store and be sure I get a new and undamaged unit.

The appliances are sealed in there original packaging from the manufacturer so we have no knowledge of damages beforehand. The manner in which the exchanges are done is in accordance with the manufacturer's policy. I have a large, heritage home with extensive trim - lots of decorative work. NorthCo contracted to do the job and it became bigger than they (or I) expected. Despite terrible weather and a few unexpected surprises that required carpentry, NorthCo restored the trim on the house to a very high level and the result is the best I have had in 20 years. I gave NorthCo this job because of the quality of an interior restoration where serious water damage in a bedroom was addressed with incredible drywall patchwork. NorthCo is also one of the few window cleaners that are able to bring 40' ladders to reach all of the windows on my home.
