We went with Cozy World based on a referral from a friend. From start to finish, they were professional and reliable. From the quote to installation, Fred made sure that we had all the information needed re: products and installation. Installation team led by Sayeed was excellent, clean and took pride in their work. We are very happy with the furnace and tankless water system and can't wait to use the air conditioner in the summer. Overall, it was an absolute pleasure working with Cozy World and we highly recommend this company.

Carlos and Alex were friendly and professional. They clearly explained what they were doing and made sure to put drop sheets and corner protectors so that no damage was done during the duct cleaning. Overall, very satisfied with the service and happy to recommend their company.

We purchased a leather sofa and love seat. The store manager promised that the extended warranty would cover pet scratches so we purchased this coverage. When I called the warranty department to get a scratch fixed, I was informed that the ext. warranty does not cover it. Left multiple msgs for the manager and finally had to go into the store to speak with him. He confirmed what he had promised (I have it in writing). A technician came to my house, took pictures but didn't fix anything. He said there would be follow up in 5-7 days. Nothing. I called the warranty dept., left a msg for Renza, no follow up. Called again and left a msg for Rimpi in service - no follow up. In addition to the scratch, the leather in certain areas is fading. In short, I've done more work then Bad Boy in trying to get service. Unprofessional and a company that doesn't stand behind their product or promises. Hopefully head office will step up and make this right. BTW…both the couch and love seat arrived a month late. An unfortunate beginning to an increasingly frustrating experience.
