We hired BML first for a design consultation. I had drawn up a plan for our kitchen that involved replacing a peninsula with an island and relocating plumbing/electrical. Kitchen design is not what I do for a living so it was an extremely valuable service to be able to bounce all these ideas off the guys with the extensive experience they have. After the design consultation and the support they provided on the follow up questions I had, it was an easy decision to then hire them for the cabinet installation phase of the renovation. It helps me sleep better at night when I understand the details of how things are going to work, which means I had a lot more questions for them leading up to the start of the project. They were extremely patient in answering all these questions which put my mind at ease. The kitchen cabinet installation went very smoothly. They started and finished the job on time and there were no surprises at the end in terms of cost. Whenever there was an option for how to proceed with something, like handle placement on door fronts for example, they would always ask the question to make sure they delivered exactly what we were after. The bottom line is that they executed our plan perfectly and we could not be happier with the way our kitchen turned out. Bohdan and Leo are truly an asset to home renovators in the GTA and if you are looking for a team to build your Ikea kitchen there is really no need to look anywhere else.

We hired MST to do a significant portion of our kitchen renovation and were extremely happy with the results. From the start, we were provided with a detailed quote for the work in a timely manner. The work started and finished on time which which kept the project on schedule. There were no additional charges despite the guys doing some out-of-scope things that helped get the project to the finish line. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of the day which was well appreciated since we did not move out for the renovation. Above all that, Mujo is an excellent person to deal with. It's no fun to live in a house without a kitchen for several weeks, and we greatly appreciate all his efforts to guide us through the process. I would not hesitate to hire MST again or to recommend them to anyone.

Had an excellent experience with Taras who fixed an uncommon problem on our electric range. He was able to quickly get everything working like new again. While fixing the problem he pointed out another area that looked like it may turn into an issue in the future and did some preventative work (at no extra charge) which was greatly appreciated. What I really like was that he responded to my initial email with more than "call me to schedule an appointment". I sent a description and a picture of the problem, he confirmed that he had seen the problem before and would be able to fix it. I'm terrible at describing things over the phone so the fact that he took the time to respond this way gave me a good feeling there wouldn't be any surprises and made hiring him for the job an easy decision. I certainly don't want any more appliances to break down, but when they inevitably do I look forward to calling on Taras and Canada Appliance Repair again.

Our washing machine was not able to drain water from the tub. Atiar was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a faulty pump. He had the replacement part on hand and got the washing machine up and running during his service call. Atiar was on time, very polite and courteous, and took the time to explain the situation to me as he was doing his work. I felt that he was very honest and professional in the way he went about his business. I also like that he checks and responds to his emails. Usually when I call a repair man to schedule a service it's pretty obvious that they are either on the road or in the middle of a job. I always fear that what I'm telling them on the phone is going in one ear and out the other and that they will arrive to my service call unprepared. When I'm able to send all the details (make & model, problem, address, contact info) via email and get an acknowledgement it puts me at ease that nobody’s time will be wasted. I am extremely pleased with his work and will not hesitate to call him again the next time something goes wrong with any of our appliances.
