Our washing machine was not able to drain water from the tub. Atiar was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a faulty pump. He had the replacement part on hand and got the washing machine up and running during his service call.
Atiar was on time, very polite and courteous, and took the time to explain the situation to me as he was doing his work. I felt that he was very honest and professional in the way he went about his business.
I also like that he checks and responds to his emails. Usually when I call a repair man to schedule a service it's pretty obvious that they are either on the road or in the middle of a job. I always fear that what I'm telling them on the phone is going in one ear and out the other and that they will arrive to my service call unprepared. When I'm able to send all the details (make & model, problem, address, contact info) via email and get an acknowledgement it puts me at ease that nobody’s time will be wasted.
I am extremely pleased with his work and will not hesitate to call him again the next time something goes wrong with any of our appliances.
