Shane the plumber very courteous, protection Covering placed on kitchen floor and upon completion a clean up with spray 9 by trades person. Great communication between customer and plumber. Solving our unique problem took time and effort. Follow up call by Brian Vaillancourt appreciated. All trades come with a price tag however don’t try to be penny wise pound foolish. Skills, knowledge and ability combined with a family long term local operation is what should be foremost in selection. John Hamilton

Second time we employed Birks as a result of a recent move. The owner sought our input, offered his advice setting out specific patio stones shrubs and trees along with the reasons why. The work team were customer service oriented, respectful and polite. Yes four employees who gave it their all diligently working and completing project in two days. The completed project shows pride and professional workmanship.

Reason for selecting store, Wilsons is not one of the big box stores, has been in business for many years. Business passed down family lines. Sales rep. Jessica listened, has experience in interior decorating, great customer rapport, we also met owner. Simply a positive belief of a genuine client/company relationship. Delivery crew Jacob and Tony did their utmost of a two story delivery to ensure furniture not marred, truly a back breaking job. As humans we are quick to complain but not always as quick to compliment. Yes I would recommend you give Wilsons a visit and make your own decision.

Delivery and Installation did not go well with delivery team, delay also involved. Sears, Belleville responsible for delivery worked their buns off to correct various situations. They made a huge difference. Customer service was their priority they never passed the buck. Thank you, you are the reason why we will continue shopping with Sears.
