I recently had another great experience with Vaillancourt Plumbing and Drains, and I couldn't be happier.

From the moment I called, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and professional, setting a positive tone right away. The plumber who arrived was right on time, very neat, and respectful of our home, which I really appreciated. He was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also personable and friendly. He even took the time to offer some helpful tips, which was a nice touch. I forgot to get the name of the gentleman who came to do the work, but he is a great asset to his employer not only in his ability to do the work extremely well but also as a representative of his company.

The biggest surprise? My dogs, who normally HATE strangers in the house, actually liked him! It's true what they say about dogs having a sense for good people.

This was my second time using Vaillancourt, and their consistent professionalism and customer-first approach make them my go-to choice

We had our kitchen, bathroom and shower taps replaced. Work was done in a friendly and timely manner. Everything was left in pristine condition. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with this organization. From fist contact their elevated level of customer service was very apparent. Before work could be done we needed to have the municipal water shut off. They took care of all of the logistics with the city and explained how everything would take place. They took a complex process and made it seamless. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Great people. Weve definitely found a new plumber for our furniture needs.

We had an emergency on a Sunday where the old tank started leaking and my husband was away next day. Vaillancourt to the rescue! We bought the tank and Alex showed up 30 minutes later. Couldnt be happier with the service and professionalism. And the cost was comparable with others that we looked at booking before the emergency. Cant recommend them enough!

My toilet flapper was sticking once about every 10 flushes so I was losing water.
I had the insides of the toilet all replaced as they were old, but it still stuck about the same.
I mentioned it to them and they came back and it turned out it was the handle sticking which never occured to me. They put in a new handle and it now works perfectfly.
Great customer service and quick follow up, so I will definitely recommend them.
