I've had my fair share of negative experiences with contractors and so I was apprehensive getting quotes on replacing a cracked drain pipe. When I was initially getting quotes for the work, Travis was the only person to take the time to fully troubleshoot the issue and give me a fair and accurate quote. During the project, Travis' team of plumbers were incredibly professional, tidy and efficient. They left the place looking better than before and took the initiative to walk us through in detail all of the work that they had done. It's clear that they have a real sense of pride in their work, and that it's of high quality. I'll never waste my time with another plumbing company - Mr. Rooter is now officially on speed dial.

The job was very competitively priced and I appreciated that the electricians took the time to walk me through their work. Overall, an excellent experience!

I found out about this company through HomeStars and was not disappointed! Prior to my appointment, I received an email with my plumber's name (Michael) and photo and during the visit, Michael was extremely personable and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and Michael took extra care to walk me through the drain scope and took the initiative to fix my toilet seals, at no extra cost. The pricing was on the higher end, but knowing that my plumbing was done properly is priceless. Natasha, their office manager, is one of the more organized and friendly people I've dealt with!

My husband and I recently bought an old home and, after asking around, were recommended to contact Karol for our floor refinishing needs. The wood floors were very worn and with lots of scratches, but we were amazed at how well Karol and his team fixed it up. I haven't had the best experiences with contractors in the past (surprise fees, delayed deadlines, etc.), but Karol was a breath of fresh air. He was exceptionally responsive and professional and his pricing was very competitive. His team finished the job early (!) and did a fabulous job. Karol clearly prides himself in his work because he also spent a great deal of time taking me around the home at the end of the project to show me what they had done. All in all, a stellar experience. Highly recommend.
