All I can say is WOW!!
The entire process was flawless and very professional from start to finish.
Karol, and his installers (Kojic and Kojic) were awesome with such attention to detail.
We are very happy with the installation of hardwood landing and matching stairs, plus new spindles, and refinished flooring.
The job was finished ahead of schedule and looks absolutely stunning.
We will be calling Karol to have our basement floor done in the next few years.

Karol and his team did an AMAZING job refinishing our old, worn-out and faded hardwood floors. The new darker colours are fantastic. The job took much longer than planned because of some unexpected complications with moving heavy furniture around and, believe it or not, an escaped pet hamster who kept disrupting things. Karol and his team were very patient and kept their cool. They even rescued the hamster. If you want to improve your hardwood floors, I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Karol and his team were exceptional. They were punctual, professional and clean. The workmanship was top notch. The installation took 2.5 days to do one entire floor. These guys are true professionals.

Karol and his team put down hardwood floors in my house yesterday. They did an amazing job! He was a pleasure to deal with and made suggestions that made my floors look even better. They had lots of furniture to move and they did a great job putting everything back in place. They cleaned the room and stairs perfectly! They left no mess at all. He unplugged all my electronics, took a photo and then put them all back.
I can’t say enough about how thrilled I was to come home to my new house with everything back in place, neat and tidy!

My husband and I recently bought an old home and, after asking around, were recommended to contact Karol for our floor refinishing needs. The wood floors were very worn and with lots of scratches, but we were amazed at how well Karol and his team fixed it up. I haven't had the best experiences with contractors in the past (surprise fees, delayed deadlines, etc.), but Karol was a breath of fresh air. He was exceptionally responsive and professional and his pricing was very competitive. His team finished the job early (!) and did a fabulous job. Karol clearly prides himself in his work because he also spent a great deal of time taking me around the home at the end of the project to show me what they had done. All in all, a stellar experience. Highly recommend.

We were referred to Karol by two friends who were both very satisfied with the services provided. Karol's work was everything they said and more! Karol refinished our worn scuffed 1950's hardwood flooring to a beautiful renewed state. He provided an accurate estimate, arrived on the agreed date and completed the 3-day job as promised. No surprises (except that the Flammable Vapour Detector on our hot water heater was activated due to the strong fumes and shut off our hot water!)Friendly, excellent workmanship. Highly recommended.

We hired Karol's Hardwood Flooring to assist us in refinishing our stair case. Our existing carpet had to be removed, railing had to be removed and then reinstalled, color had to be matched. We were extremely happy with the end result, customer service and price. All the work was done with professional quality, site was left clean, there were no surprises. We had wonderful customer experience with them and would recommend this company without any doubts.
