We needed our eaves replaced. From the start Manny presented the best estimate of the few companies I selected. He made a thorough inspection of our eaves. He then gave a concise, no-nonsense explanation of the replacement process and materials. We were sold. He and his team arrived promptly. They were entirely professional and diligent in their work. They were respectful of our greenery and our neighbours' property. They cleaned as they worked and left our front porch cleaner than it was when they arrived. When the metal surrounding our dormer didn't quite look right next to the metal roofing, Manny stopped the install and came back the next day with a higher grade metal, and custom-installed it to match. Hardworking, nice, effective team led by Manny. Left site in perfect condition every end of day. Communication with neighbours was excellent (as work impacted adjoining properties). During work, raised issues as arose for quick resolution. Completed as and when promised.

Manny and his team are the best. Respectful, timely, hardworking, and super skilled. Negotiation was very reasonable when it came to replacing old rotted wood under the soffit. They were out within a day and a half, and all trash was respectfully walked out back through a vegetable garden. Will definitely hire again.
