We found AHS on Homestars in the late fall. Ross was our Sales person. He was wonderful and responsive. We needed to regrade existing pavers, do repairs in various areas, power wash and redo the polymeric sand and we also wanted mulch removed that went down the sides of the house changed to river rock. The quote was fair and immediate. We got on their schedule to be one of the first jobs in the spring. We had a beautiful weather week in March and they reached out to us and started right away. Man they work hard. And always left the property in tidy condition and when executing their duties they always protected my property and my neighbours from the mess. Rinat was extremely patient when he had to give me a math lesson lol (thx Rinat) and when Rinat was on a plane and out of touch Mykola was a back up contact and did his best to address any questions we had. Overall, this was a fantastic group of hard workers that are extremely trustworthy, respectful and perfectionists. We love the final results and would most definitely recommend AHS to family and friends.

I found OPS while looking to find someone who could help me with some pool renovations where others had failed us. I heard back from Tommy almost immediately (during their busy season) and he came out to give us a quote. We are moving ahead for all sorts of much needed renos with OPS in spring 2022 because between Tommy and the team in the office, I've never witnessed BETTER customer service. They are ALL great!! So stay tuned for THAT review :) I expect great things. But back to the closing, we intended to move over to them for opening and close of 2022 when the reno begins but when we realized how dedicated, professional, communicative and just downright awesome they are we switched over for close of 2021. We just had a tarp that our old company sort of threw on our pool and they did it so neatly and with such care, I joked that if the old company did that I might not have wanted the safety cover as badly as I do...but I've seen their safety cover installs on IG and I'm still super excited for that in 2022. All in all, if you have an opportunity to use OPS for anything, I'd jump on it. They are good people!

In 2017 I had my kitchen refaced by Techno and we lovedddd the experience. The team was amazing. I thought maybe we’d see them again for a built in somewhere or my laundry room, I never imagined being in a position to do it again. Well fast forward to the beginning of March. We bought a new house that had a kitchen in need of removal. I reached out to Frank and Sheri and even though we were in unchartered waters with the pandemic, they did everything they could to get us a quote as soon and as safely as possible. We absolutely accepted the quote and got started. It was like calling upon some old friends. We have not met a person from the Techno staff that we haven’t liked. we had Mike and Mike for the removal. Mike again :) did the lions share and then Max to finish up. We are in love with our new kitchen and we whole heartedly would recommend Techno again and again. They knock it out of the park in all areas even in 2020 when everything seems impossible. This is our forever home but if in 5 years that changes again...I’m calling Techno. Thx Frank, Sheri, Mike, Mike, and Max.

It all started with a brick fireplace wall and while completing that project their skill, reliability and work ethic Definitely shone through so immediately the “Macgyver to do-list” grew daily. We had run into a few situations that weren’t working out as planned in the building of the fireplace wall (as they do) and they just rolled with the punches and you could tell that they weren’t going to just find a fix. They were going to find the perfect fix and they did. They went on to replace a post on my porch that was infested with carpenter ants. They installed my dishwasher, a microwave hood vent, they repaired drywall in my kitchen and a few other odds and ends. They always cleaned up after themselves. These guys are great people that genuinely want to help and never once took advantage of our desperation to get things done in our new home. I definitely would Say these gentlemen are extremely trust worthy In your home or business. I would recommend Them all day long. I already miss my coffee buds. We called Hossein and scheduled the work to be done on a Saturday. Nuno and his team showed up on the day in a timely manner and got right to work keeping us in the loop with the whole process. They were very courteous! They marked where they thought the potlights should go and checked with us before making the cuts. They also installed 3 outside lights and then 3 fans in the bedrooms. At the end we had an issue with our ceiling fan remotes controlling all the units. He stayed to help us and tried a combination of things even tho it was a product issue and only left when we resolved to call the manufacturer and take it up with them. He was extremely helpful and assured us if we needed their help we could just call. Turns out I’m a genius and figured out a solution (Lol) five minutes after they left but it’s in no way a reflection of the company because it wasn’t exactly a common sense solution that worked. They also tidied everything up. Can’t ask for better customer service. I’ve already referred them to my parents house :) Thank you Potlight Experts, we’ll definitely call on you again for any of our electrical needs! (Nuno, if you ever want to know what we did incase you come across that issue with ceiling fan remotes again just feel free to call, it was a long shot but it worked lol!)

I had to replace 13 windows and found Casa Bella on Homestars after seeing them in our neighborhood a few times and was pleased to chat with German, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my list of questions and he was very responsive while dealing with him throughout the process. I received cheaper quotes, by what seemed like reputable companies with products I would be confident to put in my home but German left a good trustworthy impression on me from the start so I went with my gut and I'm so happy I did. The Architectural Plus series windows that we went with are fantastic. The team showed up on the first day, down a few men, with only two working it was a tough start on a rainy (in January?) Monday but the two men who were here worked hard. Illness and things happen, such is life, but these guys were fantastic and did as much as they could in the circumstances. The next two days we had a full house and they were finished in the time frame of 3 days like they stated they would be. They didn't miss a beat. SO no complaints here. Billy, Donny, Andrew, Noel and Josh were great and definitely did their job representing their employer because they were all extremely polite, professional and hardworking. Great job guys, my windows look great!! Now, about the product, I have to say I am so impressed, they do their job, without a doubt, my home is far warmer and standing right next to the window where you used to feel nothing but freezing cold is now toasty warm. I used to hear one of my neighbors dogs barking in their backyard EVERY morning, like the dog was beside me and now it's so muffled, I'm like is that even a dog? I can't brag about my windows enough! I definitely would recommend this company. 100%

We found Techno and another company on Homestars and while they both had excellent reviews there was NO CONTEST from the start. The fantastic rating for Techno is misleading because they should have %110. They are simply the best. Sheri was like talking to an old friend from call #1 right through to the end of the process. There is definitely a warmth that draws you into this company. And no pressure at all. Frank came by quickly for a quote and by this point we knew we were going with them. This was a company that I could trust with my home and hard earned money. We were sold. It only got better. Mike arrived, solo, to do my kitchen. I’m like wait. Are you serious?!? There’s no way this is going to take a week. How on earth can one person do all this? This level of ugly has to take more than one person lol Well not only did he do it in the specified time by himself, he did so perfectly. He is a perfectionist and a very hard worker who always respected my home and left it tidy each night. I am thrilled with the finished product and I would recommend Techno all day every day. Thanks Techno. It’s not goodbye. I’m dreaming up new projects as I type this ;)

I originally ordered doors from a big box store to be installed by my contractors since they were there remodelling the bathroom however the 175lb shipment was lost. So I had no time to waste. I went to look on Homestars and after some research I realized this company is where I need to start. I called and spoke to Tara (hope I got that right). I explained that I was eager for my kids to get their shower back from a long renovation and needed to act quickly for our sanity. She educated me on what I needed to know about the process and gave me a quote for two different types of doors on the phone. She booked an appt to measure a week from the day and said it usually takes 2 weeks from the measure DAY to get them installed. She put me on a cancelation list which got me bumped up a day. Any little thing they could do to hurry this up was so appreciated by us. The Measurements guy Bill (I believe) had to come by bright and early to measure on the Monday and by the Friday of the same week I was called to let me know the doors were ready and we made an appointment for today to install them. Two weeks from when I first called and I have STUNNING roller doors. The gentleman that was here to install was courteous and cleaned up after himself. It really was such a painless experience. Part of me kept waiting for the catch but there was none. It's just good old fashion customer service. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone without hesitation.

On my first call to Ramiro he detailed the procedure to me on the phone and since his reviews here on Homestars were so excellent I went ahead and booked about a month in advance. We hired him to clean the grout and reseal it in my two entry ways/powder room and kitchen. He was extremely professional and took care to protect my property while doing so. He completely transformed the tiles (even repairing one to the best of his ability since we didn't have a replacement tile, it looks amazing). Not only did he restore the look of my tiles, he gave some great tips to maintain the beauty that he had restored. I have nothing but good things to say about Ramiro and staff, they are incredible. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thank you Ramiro!
