I contacted Ramiro after reading all of the amazing reviews from so many satisfied customers. He replied quickly and was so trustworthy and professional. My shower was built 4 years ago and there were very concerning signs. There were cracks in the grout, the caulking was moldy in spots and water had gotten under the tiles on floor and would slowly leak out into the shower area in a couple of spots where the wall meets the floor. Ramiro and his colleague worked diligently to remove all of the old caulking and did a deep disinfecting and cleaning of the entire shower. They sucked out water behind the floor tile and dried the area completely before re-grouting the perimeter of the floor with a high quality matching epoxy grout. The entire shower area including the tiles, fixtures and glass doors were made to look brand new. New caulking was added and the grout was sealed to create a beautiful,
leak proof finish. We are so happy with the work done

I wanted to clean my marble shower and found Ramiro on HomeStars. I am very happy I did. He clearly explained all the options I had and gave his recommendations. We agreed that he would clean, disinfect, and seal the shower as well as polish and seal marble vanity. After this work was done perfectly I asked him to re-grout the bottom of the shower and silicon around the bathtub. This work was done with the same level of perfection and was very much worth it. Everything looks clean, sealed and beautiful (due to very straight seams and nicely matching color). Ramiro is obviously very experienced, dedicated to his customers and very reliable. It was a pleasure to meet and work with him!

My shower has moldy grout/caulk and is the most likely cause of leaking in my ceiling. I found Ramiro @ Tigro, took him a few pics and he was able to figure what to do and quote me on the spot. This is the second time I have hired Tigro Restoration. Ramiro and his crew provide great service. Both showers were in need of silicone replacement. They both look brand new now that the job is complete.

I found some mold outside the shower in the basement and detected dampness behind the tile using a humidity checker. I consulted a professional plumber to determine if there was any drain issue. While there was no drain problem, I learned that the grout and silicone caulk were old and needed to be replaced. I contacted Tigro, who completed the job over three days using epoxy grout. Their work was excellent, and now my shower looks brand new. I appreciate Tigro Tile for their quick response and excellent workmanship.

Ramiro completely regrouted the tile in the bathroom, kitchen and front entry when we bought the house in 2017, a job which has stood the test of time as promised. Fast forward to 2024 and everything was in need of a deep clean with the years of high-traffic the shower needed some silicone removal, cleaning and repair as well. Very satisfied with the result, the advice, and communication. Will certainly be my first stop for future work.

I had Ramiro re-grout our shower area and we were pleased with his service and end product. Although, his subordinate Andre initially worked on the grout but his work wasnt satisfactory. We raised this with Ramiro and he visited a week later to inspect, strip and re-grout again which was finally satisfactory.
