Lured in 12 years ago by the former owners, we made the terrible mistake of using this company to install a geo-thermal system at our new home. Company refused to provide any warranty after botching the installation. Distributer attempted to remedy, however we have had continual problems ever since installation. Now, major failures in the system due to poor workmanship. Don't trust them as long as they carry the Yanch name.

When installing dealer refused to honour any warranty, Link stepped up at the request of the manufacturer (Next Energy) and for my system running. They have continued to support my botched installation and have always provided excellent customer service and accountability. Kim, our local service tech is fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

Went with the "big" company. BIG MISTAKE ! Thought they would stand by their installation and their equipment. Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. 8 years later, system still not performing as promised. The list of deficiencies, and broken promises is extensive. If not for the manufacturer stepping up, and connecting us with a real customer focused company it would have been 30k down the drain. Chris and Brent Yanch should not be around customers period. Stuart, the GM at the time, has ZERO conscience. They installed the wrong furnaces. They damaged my well lines. They incorrectly trenched the geo lines into my house. They refused to return my property to its original condition. They connected the entire system backwards. Then... In a final insult, after 4 months, when the weather turned cold in November, and the system failed completely, Stuart , with the full knowledge of the owners, refused to honour any warranty and left our family in the cold. Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews. Most have never seen the real side of this company. STAY AWAY... There are many companies out there that actually stand by their work, and honour their warranties.
