We have a fire shutter on a window which is essentially three floors off the ground. We have seen birds flying in and out of a very small gap between the fire shutter and stucco. Visibility of the gap and area is very limited (and very high off the ground) but somehow Randy managed to clean out a bunch of gunk that was jamming up the shutters and patiently explain to me what was going on and give me options of what to do. As there were still baby birds in the nest, we decided that we would just seal of one side of the entrance and let the baby birds mature and fly off on their own, and Randy would come back in a month to seal off the other access point. Randy’s patience with all my questions was much appreciated. His calm and competent demeanor really calmed my nerves- thanks again Randy!

I noticed that we our showers suddenly not as hot as usual, contacted Valentin by text on multiple occasions and he patiently answered all my questions and provided detailed advice on what i should be looking for to eliminate other problems. We set up a time to have him come into change to mixing valve and the entire process was super easy and professional. He came in and fixed the issue, left the area clean and even patiently gave me advice and showed me how to clean backwater valve so that i dont have to pay someone to come in and do it. Will definitely have him back if we have any other issues in the future and would highly recommend his services

I have worked with Dave at IRIS multiple times, first when he came over to inspect the roof when I initially moved into our home, and then when he subsequently came to review various repair work being done. Working with Dave is money well spent - his independent third party status and obvious experience in the industry provided me with the assurance I needed to ensure I was doing only necessary work to the house and not being "upsold" for unnecessary work. He is extremely accommodating in terms of timing, even when I had to change appointment times at the last minute due to weather issues. He is prompt in responding to emails and phone calls, and explained the work that needed to be done in a way which I could understand. His inspections are always immediately followed with a professional report highlighting key findings, and followed up with a phone call to ensure I understood his findings. His kind manner was helpful during a particularly stressful time. I plan to have Dave back on a regular basis to ensure that no additional repair work needs to be done on our roof. Thank you Dave!

Terry, Adam and Randy were by far the most respectful, professional and conscientious movers we have worked with. They took great care with our possessions and made sure not to nick or dent the walls and bannisters when moving items into our new home. Our satisfaction and comfort was obviously a priority for them. Their light hearted and ‘can-do’ attitude on what could otherwise have been a very stressful day made all the difference. Thank you again to this team and also Margaret at the head office, we are looking forward to working with Hudson again inthe future

We had been calling around at other companies for a couple of weeks and had no success in getting someone over to help us with our sump pump issues. We called AnTa and they sent Richard over the same evening to do a cleaning and maintenance of our sump pump and pit. Richard is a gem! I cannot stress how much we appreciated his enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism. He kept us informed every step of the way as to what he was doing and why it needed to be done, and imparted helpful knowledge to us that was far above and beyond the job at hand. It was clearly evident that he takes great pride in his work and is a perfectionist. We could not be more pleased with Richard and the admin team at AnTa, we had a hard time tracking down a reliable plumbing company and am extremely happy that we have a "go to" now for any future plumbing problems.
