On time, on budget, and installers kept me updated every hour to ensure I knew what was being installed and how it would be installed. They took extra time to investigate different options with me on installation to minimize any drywall removal. Overall great work again as this is the third job over the past five years that I have hired Thomson Ind. and I will hire them again in the future.

NV Drywall showed up as planned and worked hard to complete the job on time. The results of their hard work and quality workmanship by Chris are evident in the finished product. Wayne runs a good company and is very customer service focused. It was a good experience.

Bright West Electric was hired by my GC to complete full electrical on my basement renovation, which is under permit. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the owner and his employee Wing. The finished work and attention to detail appears good to me but I am not a trained electrician. This company was willing to answer all of my questions, showed up when they said they would, and they cleaned up after each visit.

Excellent workmanship. From the beginning, Mark provided different options for look and stains. A detailed quotation was emailed to me within two business days. Our new railing gets compliments from almost every visitor to our home. Mark was on time and left my front entrance clean. A Highly recommended company.

Charles was very helpful in explaining and making logical and cost conscious recommendations to me from the initial contact at the Coquitlam home show, to his onsite quotation and his on site visit mid-point while the work was in progress. He seemed to understand exactly what I was after. Roy was very efficient and as well very customer service focused by also answering my questions in detail. Overall a positive experience.

Bob arrived on time and provided answers to all of my questions. Within a day he sent me a detailed quotation for the required work to be done and we then scheduled a day that was suitable to meet my schedule. The Drainrock team arrived right on schedule and got right to work. I was very impressed with their work ethic and willingness to take time to answer all of my questions. They even made suggestions on how to care for my drain tiles and what to look for in future. My yard was left spotless and you would never know that any work had been done. This is a quality contractor and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great to hire a quality local, family operated company.
