Spoke with Joe and was very thorough with explaining the process and pricing. Aiman was the representative that came to our home and executed the service. He was very professional and showed us real time videos of the cleaning process. Only complaint, getting a hold of someone via phone is a challenge.

I had Adam and his crew come out to our home and rip out our existing 6x8 wood PT deck and replace with a full out composite 14x14 deck. Everything from decking, frame, stairs, rails, etc., are all composite . We also wrapped the 6x6 columns with PVC as well. The guys were great, started early and even worked on the weekends when needed. We opted to go with helical rather than concrete footings. Due to COVID-19 and TRCA, the job took well over 6+ months. But Adam and his team were great throughout the entire experience, communication and the work itself! Should mention the 6+ month delay had nothing to do with HDD/Adam. Will hire and would work with Adam again!

Adrian and his team did a terrific job, from removal of the existing steps and with the installation of the new steps, installation of the custom railings and handrail, we could not be any happier. My in-laws are very satisfied and feel secure when walking in and out. This will be huge come winter time. Overall we are very happy with the end result. Only gripe would be the communication, as there were a few instances the communication ball was dropped.

The moment we met Max, we were very impressed with his professionalism. He spoke very well, and was a pleasure to deal with. Him and his crew (Kaitlin and Oliver) were also professional and friendly. Overall, Max and his crew did an exceptional job. They were on-time and very respectful of our time schedule with a little guy at home. The entire process was an wonderful experience, and the workmanship and paint colours makes our home look like a model home. In short, we were very happy with going with DWAD and would re-hire them again!

Mudassar came to our home within 24 hours. He was able to quickly identify the issue and the possible entry point(s). He also did a survey of my home main floor, basement and garage, and also the perimeter of the home. He also provided some great advise on how to seal up the holes within our cupboards. A few days after we found a dead mouse. We have seen any mice droppings since his visit.

We had Mors visit our home on 3 occasions. Initially it was to diagnose the issue with our Bosch dishwasher. After understanding a specific part needed replacement, he was able to get this part within a couple of days. Due to my personal availability limitations, we had to postpone. After a second visit, it was determined the dishwasher needed additional parts. After that, we decided to replace the unit completely. Mors came in, and removed and installed the new Whirlpool unit and tested it as well. We were very please with Mors, and his professionalism.

We recently decided to make the upgrade from out 50GAL water heater to a tankless water heater (Rinnai RUC98i). For starters we are absolutely trilled knowing we are saving a bundle over the life of the unit, as we will be using less gas/energy to heat our water, and not to mention how much space we have added in our furnace room. Knowing how much the conventional water heater energy it was consuming, and wasting was ridiculous. Nevertheless, we made the move and Jarred D. was our point-man for the install. He was very knowledgeable and took his time answering all my questions and emails. The installation team were prompt and courteous with the install, even laying carpet over our floors and stairs to limit dirt in the home. We were told the install would take 4-6 hours, the team finished in about 2 hours. After the install we experienced some issues, the appliances on our main floor -- laundry, fridge and dishwasher stopped working. There was no incoming water. We reported the issue with Jarred immediately (Sunday morning). By Monday afternoon, we had the install team back on-site, and were able to resolve our issue within an hour. Overall the process upgrading was great, the customer service was excellent, and quality of work was terrific. I would highly recommend Reliance, Jarred, and/or Mike and Ryan (Install team) any day! Ed and his crew were great! Ed was a pleasure to deal with. With my endless emails of questions, he was always pleasant and quick to reply. His team came by and filled in the cracks in our driveway and resealed within an hour. I would recommend Ed anyway!

Robert was by far the best person we dealt with when we were researching roofers. He came to our home and was the only one that got up on the roof and actually inspected the shingles (with pictures). Jimmy and his crew came in and quickly removed our shingles and installed the new Owens Corning shingles, replaced the vents, installed the new metal flashings, and even replaced a few pieces of the plywood. They were exceptional, they were quick, and cleaned up the entire area before they left the site. Jimmy was also nice enough to take pictures throughout the project and email them to me before the day was over. It is very nice to see what is being done via pictures. Overall, the quality of work was amazing, and dealing with the TCE crew was exceptional. In comparison to other roofers, they are a bit more expensive, but after doing our research, we understood why, and it is true, you do pay for what you get. Robert was also nice enough to explain the differences between the shingle manufactures, and was also able to do our roof above the garage at a minimal cost to us, as neither of us wanted miss-matching colours. Robert was also kind enough to educate us with the different types of shingles, came to our home on three different occasions to show us samples, and provide the warranty information, and not to mention was able to move us up the queue from end of August to early July. Overall, I would highly recommend Robert and The Cutting Edge to anyone considering them, as you will not be disappointed! Thanks Robert, Jimmy and TCE crew!

We recently moved into our home, and decided to get our doors re-keyed. Tom was very informative with all of our options from the initial conversation, and was very friendly and professional. He arrived at our home and quickly re-keyed the doors (front and garage) and was able to use the same key for both doors. He also even did a quick favour for us, and changed one of our bathroom doors. All in all, he was quick and a very nice person to deal with. I would highly recommend!

The short review, Arby Cartage is exceptional! The long review, well let's say, Arby not only always was quick to reply back to my emails and questions, but he was always very courteous and professional. They came to our apartment earlier than expected (which was perfect) and they were able to move all of our items to their truck well under 90 minutes. Not only did they beat us to our home, they were already preparing to unload the truck. Once they were ready to unloading, they laid down soft carpet all throughout the house to prevent any damage to our floors (hardwood) and delivered each box or item exactly where we wanted it. They were the definition of professional, quick, and amazing! Arby and his team were all very nice. I would not only recommend these guys as your first choice, but I will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you again Arby and team, you made our move perfect.
