Petro and his team poured new concrete floor AND epoxy coating, they are very hard working, initially I was very impressed with the outcome of the project and was very excited about my new garage floor, but unfortunately as I write this review less then a year after it was done, most of the epoxy is flaking off. I called Peter and he came to look, he said the epoxy was defective and has offered to strip it off. We have arranged a date that he will strip the epoxy off and I guess this is just a loose loose situation for both of us since he has to do extra work not to remove the defective epoxy and in the end i have no epoxy floor that I paid for. I appreciate that Peter is taking responsibility and warrantying his work, i'm disappointed in the Sherwin Williams product that only lasted me 4 months. So i would NOT recommend epoxy coating to anyone in the future since it pealed off after 4 months, but I WOULD recommend SVD restoration as they are honest hard working contractors.

5 stars are not enough - Scott and his team went above and beyond to ensure I had every wish met. No detail was left unresolved, installers were clean-cut professional carpenters who took pride in their trade, showed up on time every day and were able to work unsupervised, safely and responsibly. Scott's keen design sense and suggestions helped make my office more functional and beautiful then I could have imagined. I know this may sound like an advertorial, but I assure you its not, i'm just a very very happy customer!

I was very happy with how meticulous they were, made sure to fill every crack and came back TWICE to check on me that i was satisfied with the work. I have since referred to all my neighbors. This is not just your typical driveway painter, they patch/fix/repair/crackfill... its going to last several more years now that I've had GotAGuy Property Services handle it. Will use for many more services as well as they are honest, hard working and meticulous. Thanks guys!

I am VERY pleased with the work performed by Petro and his crew. These are true tradesman that are EXPERTS in their field. I contacted 2 companies for quotes, the first contractor assessed damages to my garage concrete and walls for over an hour and then took a week to get me a quote which was very professional and thorough but I wanted to get a second quote to compare so I called Petro for my second quote, within 10 minutes on site, Petro instilled the same confidence inspiring knowledge and expertise and quote was given on the spot which I approved same day. The prices were comparable but I got MORE little things taken care of by Petro and he knew exactly what needed to be done with one look, he knew how much it would cost with one round number and was modest in his deposit requirements, I could tell this is something he has done a hundred times and knows what he is doing. At times i could only understand half of what he was saying as his accent is strong and you wont get a fancy proposal from these guys, just a round number, lol... that scared me at first as I'm very meticulous and like to know what i'm buying, so i wrote out everything i wanted done, he signed it and EVERYTHING was done. Petro would not leave until I was happy that everything I wanted fixed was done. He cleaned up afterwards and was not rushing to leave. Just look at the pictures to see my BEFORE and AFTER garage renovation. I would definitely recommend these guys again and have told all my neighbors and friends about them. I wish all my renovation projects went as smoothly as with SVD-RESTORATION.

Tech was prompt, problem was fixed fast - but boy was i gouged! Furnace has yellow Boonstra sticker on it signed and dated with warranty until Feb 2018, blower died Dec 2017 so called for warranty service, was told label on furnace was a mistake, no warranty, $2500 after tax parts and labor to change blower. Gets worse, found same part online MSRP $600. Gets worse, took old blower to another hvac guy who changed a blown resister on it for $40 so my old blower could have been fixed on the spot. Gets worse... called Boonstra to discuss my dissatisfaction before leaving this review, explained everything and was told would receive a call back - waited 1 month but nobody called. Can't blame a company for trying to make a buck but if you advertise a no hassle satisfaction grantee and don't even acknowledge my dissatisfaction then you are not sincere in your grantees and should be called out on it.

We did an entire home aluminum job worth $7,000. It was very poor workmanship, caulking was done on the outside of seams not the inside, sophits were not leveled, different members of the crew used different colored screws and even used completely different colored caulking on the wall flashing, garage capping and weatherstripping had to be redone after they left as the door trim was cut and damaged. Huge mess was left on my roof, cut pieces of aluminum and screws all over the property. Took 3 weeks to do what other contractors quoted as a 1 week project. The worst part was that I had paid $1500 for leaf guards and I didn't go up on my roof to inspect them before paying Chris in cash, and afterwards when I went up on my roof to clean up the huge mess they left, that's when I saw there were no leaf guards installed, I tried to contact Chris for 3 months about this and then gave up. Typical cash and grab contractor with no ethics, no warranty, and no leaf guards.

Inforce Security Corp salesman was knowledgable and professional. Technicians showed up on the designated work days on time and cleaned up afterthemsevles before leaving. Overall experiance was exceptional and I would recomend them to anyone.
