Very professional job done honing my dark and very etched marble countertop. They were very helpful providing responses to my questions and then when they were at the site, they wanted to make sure I was pleased with the outcome before they leave. They cleaned up everything nicely upon finishing their job, and were very professional during the entire job. I would recommend them to others.

Aaron and Laura were both very nice, accommodating and extremely professional from the moment we met. Laura kept us posted of any changes and updates. Aaron worked so hard and so precisely to build the pool for us; he would show up at 6:30am every day and work through the entire day, in rain, in cold, it did not matter to Aaron, he had a laser focus on getting this pool completed precisely, correctly, with superb quality, and on time. Aaron did not let anything affect his ability to conduct his work. He was here 10-12 hours per day to get the pool built before the cold weather hits. He was working so hard and with so much commitment and love, as if he was building the pool for himself! The pool they built looks amazing and we can’t wait to use it this summer! Thank you Aaron and Laura for building this beautiful pool for us! You guys have done an amazing job! We highly recommend you to all of our friends who are planning to build a pool. It has been such a pleasure to work with you both on this exciting project. Thank you!

We have purchased a new home at Royal Oakville Club almost 2 years ago. Fernbrook Homes is one of the best builders we have dealt with and has one of the best customer service! Extraordinary service, starting from sales people who are always so friendly and happy to see you, to individuals at the decor centre, and the builder himself! Excelent customer service! They always treated us with respect, looked for solutions with us, helped us out with customizing floor plans and helped us go through this experience without much stress! Our house looks beautiful and was built really well. I am surprised reading some of the negative reviews, I can't believe these people are talking about the same builder, as in the last 1 1/2 years of dealing with them, I have nothing but the most positive things to say about them. Also to mention, they have excellent standard interior finishes selection. I would recommend Fernbrook Homes to all my friends! Great team of people, friendly and cooperative, who trully look after their purchasers!
