Natasha on the phone and Aaron on the job were very professional and helpful. Aaron arrived on time, covered his shoes, kept us appraised of progress and discussed options and the pipe work was started along with a new toilet. When looking in the basement below the leak, he spotted a corroded pipe not related to the other leak and it was ready to break in the basement and replacing it saved an expensive flood later. All work was done well and the rooms where work was done were spotless when he left. We have the WaterWorks card and we will call for any more work.

I contacted this firm based on the scores and reviews from prior customers. I was not disappointed. I e-mailed them directly with photos of the work I needed done and Alexia replied quickly with some questions and later with an estimate. She was prompt and professional and I decided to proceed. She co-ordinated the work and kept me informed. The drywall was done in 2 stages by 2 different people over 2 days and both Adam and Sean were professional, protected the area from any damage and the house was spotless when they left. The painting was done later by Leon and he put in a long day so that he would not have to come back for a short visit the next day. His areas were also protected and he left a very clean area. The work by all three was excellent. I will certainly contact Perfect Painters and Home Renovation Services when I need any work done here.

I have dealt with FM for many years at three locations. The first time I needed windows replaced in my home in Mississauga several years ago, I contacted 3 companies. FM representative Don took plenty of time explaining windows, options, costs. Their installers were professional and left the site spotless when they were finished. I later had doors replaced as well. They did the same work at my next home and they have now completed replacement of basement windows at my current house. Again, they installed a quality product manufactured for my specific needs and work was done professionally at a competitive price.
