The agitator in my one-unit stacked washer dryer stopped working. I called Yevhen based on the good reviews. He arrived when promised and had the washer fixed within about 20 minutes. Yevhen is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend him and will call him again for future repairs.

Called about drain issues with our kitchen sink. Making an appointment was quick and easy. The technician (Borys) actually came a day early and worked well into the evening to clear the clog and get the drain working again. Borys was professional and explained what he was doing along the way. It took a while, but he managed to clear whatever the blockage was. He took care, and cleaned everything before he left. My air conditioner was in need of service. Based on the positive reviews, I called Spring. A technician assessed the problem and we decided to replace the unit. Sam came to our home to discuss our options. Within a few days, a new unit was installed. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They took pride in their work and took the time to ensure I was satisfied. About a week later, Cheryl made a follow up call to see if we had questions and if we were satisfied with the experience. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and responsive. We are very pleased with the service provided at every step of the process. Our hot water tank needed a new mixing valve as well as repair to a leaky valve. Ali arrived on time, explained the work to be done and took great care to update and replace the valves. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain how everything worked. While doing the work, he had to power off the furnace. He made sure everything was back in its place before he left. Overnight, the furnace was not blowing heat. We don't know if this was related to the repair or not, but I called Waterworks before placing a service call for the furnace. Ali came back first thing the next morning to check that everything was reconnected properly. He had everything up and running within a few minutes. He is dedicated and clearly takes pride in his work. Liz and Natasha were also very helpful and efficient in returning calls, arranging the visits and making follow-up calls. It's nice to see people passionate about what they do and company that values customer service. I highly recommend Waterworks and would definitely use them again.
