Thank you, Sean!!!! I called Sean in a panic when mould was found in my attic. He was very personable, considerate and understanding. He came to my home the same evening, gave me a quote, lessened my anxiety, and promised to be at my home the day after next. He was thorough and left my home spotless. I researched several eavestroughing companies within my area. I found two that I was interested in. Because Reynolds Bros. had such amazing reviews on HomeStars, the choice was quite easy. I was not disappointed. From my first meeting with Collette, (who also gave me free decorating advice), to each of the brothers I dealt with, and most Importantly, the two young "gentlemen" who did the installation, I could not be more pleased. The installers were very polite, professional, and competent. There were a few changes during installation that I was advised on. Both the installer and Collette spoke to me to ensure that I was content. The day of the installation, Ryan Reynolds dropped by to make sure I was happy and let me know that at any time I had concerns, I was to call. As a homeowner, I highly recommend the Reynolds Bros. It is a relief to have the job done in one day, and done right.

I have nothing but positive comments. From the initial call everyone seemed to be genuinely concerned. Ther serviceman, who had to call to advise he was running late apologized numerous times, which was greatly appreciated. When he arrived, he asked me what the situation was, nodded at my comments, and listened to .me. He assured me that I had done everything correctly and that he would fix the problem. When he left he told me not to hesitate to call if the problem arose again. I felt that all of the staff I dealt with had my best interest at heart. I am retired from a service industry, so I greatly appreciate when I receive good service. Thank you, Theresa
