Called in the morning and left a message. I called 2 other companies but they never called me back. They were able to get someone to look at my problem the same morning. Randy came and looked at the roof vent. He detailed what he was going to do and suggested additional work as well. Randy did a thorough and professional job. All in all a good experience out of a bad situation. Thanks to Randy and Swat.

Had problems with my gas oven on the weekend. Jan. 5/2015 called 4 other services all were extremely busy. Joe called back and was able to make a visit within 20 minutes. He was punctual and professional. He has lots of experience and was able to diagnose and fix my problem quickly and efficiently. He also had the parts on hand to complete the job. I am extremely happy. Thanks Joe!
