Had problems with my gas oven on the weekend. Jan. 5/2015 called 4 other services all were extremely busy. Joe called back and was able to make a visit within 20 minutes. He was punctual and professional. He has lots of experience and was able to diagnose and fix my problem quickly and efficiently. He also had the parts on hand to complete the job.
