RW installed interior basement waterproofing. They were very quick, EXTREMELY clean and tidy, and responsive. There were a couple of hiccups on this job. Each time, they responded quickly and sorted it to my satisfaction.

JL and his crew replaced the bricks and mortar in front of the house and the crumbling bricks in the foundation. They also repaired some cement around the floor drains. The work is pretty. The place is clean and they came when they said they would. Couldn’t ask for more.

They Will provide professional service on time and on budget. They are impressive in their determination to make the customer happy. I would have them back again without any hesitation!

Shane is very conscientious. He was thorough and left everything as he found it. He explained everything to me. He showed me the debris left in one of my air returns by another duct cleaning service. He removed it and all of a sudden the back of the house was warmer than it had been! I believe you can hire him worry-free.

I wanted to create an open concept space featuring a brand new kitchen. A wall had to be taken down and I had concerns about the structure. I started with a very patient creative kitchen designer who listened and created a superb drawing complete with a rendering of the finished kitchen would look like. I am amazed how much the finished product looks like that drawing. It really helps with planning. It did take a while for construction to begin but when it did, it proceeded without a hitch. Even the discovery, testing and elimination of a small piece of asbestos didn't slow us down. All credit for this goes to Project Manager Larry who manages his crews the way an air traffic controller might manage planes in the air. Larry is on it! He usually knows and if something goes wrong, he will tell the contractors about it. Everyone who came into my home was a nice person. All introduced themselves and answered my sometimes many questions. I always knew who was in my home. Larry has worked with these people for 18 years and it shows. They love working with him and the quality of the work is OUTSTANDING. I will say that that I paid a bit more than I wanted to for this project but I feel given the quality and the smooth progress, it was worth it. There was no doubt and very little frustration given that your safe place--your home--is under construction. If you have a job that requires multiple trades and might be a bit complex, you can count on these folks to manage it right. You can also count on top notch design services. Thanks all, you are most welcome at my enormous kitchen island.

Jermaine has been to my home on multiple occasions because I have three kitchens and appliances of different ages. He is prompt, knowledgeable and RELIABLE. do yourself a favour and make it easy by calling him first.

I needed new siding as the old stucco had begun to fall off. Tony answered all of my questions and even asked Frank the installer to have a look to be sure. They started within 2 weeks of the quote being given. They finished a day early. I was kept informed every step of the way. The installation team was professional and very committed working through cold weather! I have had terrible experiences with contractors; my standards are high--Westwood's team met them.

Zenic was very professional. The service was provided as discussed on the phone. He even hooked up a bathroom exhaust that a previous contractor neglected to finish. They arrived on time and tidied up when they were finished. I'd use them again but won't need to for quite some time!
