Got Dust Duct Cleaning

After buying this house 2 years ago, we knew we needed a duct cleaning, and we were right- they hadn't been done in 30ish years. Shane was right on time, and was very efficient. He was organized, and its very clear he cares, and makes sure that you can see the difference his service makes!
He provided before and after photos, and it was incredible! He also provided some tips on what we can do for air flow and filtration. Highly recommend this company, and will most definitely use them for my next duct cleaning!

We hadn't had the house air ducts cleaned for many, many years (20??). Very glad we chose "Got Dust Duct Cleaning!"... He arrived right on time and cleaned the ducts on the main floor and basement (very thorough). He even changed the filters and pointed out how we can better secure the dryer vents. There were so many things that had to be done that he stayed beyond the 2-3 hours he originally estimated the job would take and he still billed us the original quote. What a pro! This was the first time we cleaned the air ducts and dryer vent in our home, and I needed the ducts cleaned quickly as I am tiling the kids bathroom and am installing a vent cover that looks like it would be difficult to remove in the future. Based on the size of the home, Shane estimated about 4.5 hours, but our air return trunk system is complex and our dryer vent is approximately 40 feet long. Shane put in almost twice that amount of time to get the job done. He worked diligently all day navigating all the crap I had stored in the basement. He must have snaked and cleaned out our dryer vent 10 times from both sides. It had so much lint caught in it, we filled almost half a garbage bag. I made sure to give him a bit extra because he underquoted our job.

Shane is very personable and explained the entire process well. He made some good suggestions for the future including an inline booster fan to help aid the dryer across that long run.

Shane cleaned up and was tidy and my wife and son noticed an immediate difference after the job was complete. I am saving Shanes contact details for next time and would recommend him every time.
