I am very happy with the work done by Professional Roofers in the installation of a new roof, including cleaning out the eaves. The crew arrived promptly each morning for the two-day job, worked diligently and kept me up-to-date on progress. Water had been overflowing from eaves troughs, creating a waterfall over front porch area, and flooding my porch each time it rained. I called Gutter Force and they responded very quickly, identified the problem as sagging in the pitched area and repaired it, using stronger brackets/hardware. When it was time to replace my old furnace with a high eff. one I thought of only Richard. He had replaced my AC last year and I had been very impressed with the service and work. He managed to work within the small space to install the new furnace, and took the time to tell me about rebates available, going the extra mile to call and remind me months later to apply for one of the rebates (which I'd forgotten about). Now that is going beyond a "10" service. I'm very pleased with the furnace, heating costs are much lower and the house is evenly heated now. I know that I would recommend him to anyone. My 32 yr old A/C finally died out during a heat wave and long weekend. My brother suggested calling Richard at Cortemp. I called Sunday to leave a message and Richard answered, came over next day (Labour Day) and managed to get old A/C working. Within 5 days of calling, new A/C had been installed.
