Replace old furnace with new one
When it was time to replace my old furnace with a high eff. one I thought of only Richard. He had replaced my AC last year and I had been very impressed with the service and work. He managed to work within the small space to install the new furnace, and took the time to tell me about rebates available, going the extra mile to call and remind me months later to apply for one of the rebates (which I'd forgotten about). Now that is going beyond a "10" service. I'm very pleased with the furnace, heating costs are much lower and the house is evenly heated now. I know that I would recommend him to anyone.
