I replaced my Stove after 18 years. George was able to come in and assess what was needed to to bring my main gas supply line up to code and specs for optimal operation of my new range. He replaced he flex hose that attaches to the range to bring it up to code. He even installed an anti tip bracket and raised and leveled my slide in range. George is polite, courteous and respectful of the client relationship and respectful of the fact that he is coming into your house. He put me so at ease and instilled confidence that it felt like family. Do not hesitate to hire Gasguys for any of your gas line needs.

After a phone call to gather information, I booked with Farhad to replace my air conditioner. He and his technician came to the house for the confirmation assessment and a date was booked. All dates/times were very prompt and adhered to. Farhad and his technican were a pleasure to deal with. Very respectful of the relationship and of the property when doing the work. Work was done very efficiently. Even rerouted and corrected some piping and wiring from the original air conditioner that was not well done. Very impressed. Drop clothes and cleanup done well. Rebates were processed by Cozy World, with little effort on my side. Very happy with booking with Cozy World and highly recommend them.

I received several quotes to do stone facing on my porch (covered the whole porch with stone). I choose Kevin Dennison at Heritage for his professionalism right off the start. After I called him, he came to my house in short time to give me an assessment, recommendations and quote in person. He addressed all of my questions and concerns I had about doing the job. When we booked the job with Heritage, Kevin gave me a scheduled start date and completion date and stuck to it. We wanted to do a custom lay pattern and colour of the flagstone and he accomodated no problem. He and his guys were very professional throughout, very respectful of the propertly and always kept things clean. Kevin kept in communication throughout the job (before, during and after). When done, I was completely satisfied with the quality, fit and finish of the job. Kevin did not want payment until I was completed satisfied. He mentioned that if I had an issue in the future with any of the work just give him a call. After the stone work was done, I had an issue with another trade coming in with replacing my porch columns. It messed up a few stones. Kevin made up for the shortcomings of the other trade by coming back and re-doing some of his work at no extra charge (after full payment was made). To say that I was extremely impressed and satisfied with his commitment to satisfaction would be an understatement. Kevin is a person of integrity and I highly recommend Heritage for any stone work.
