An amazing job! Danny completed everything we asked for. He power washed our 10 year old pattered concrete porch and driveway with his high pressure equipment which removed years of dirt. He then completed a few minor repairs and did a great job matching the colour. Finally he gave the entire area 2 new coats of non-slip sealer. Everything looks brand new. You would think we just had it done this year. Danny thank you for your work and professionalism. We know who we will call in 2 or 3 years when we need a new coat of sealer.

A stubborn kitchen sink would not respond to any of my own attempts to fix it so I brought in the professionals. I was impressed with WaterWorks from the 1st call where Natasha confirmed the available appointment and process. The morning of the appointment she contacted me again to confirm Aaron was on his way and forwarded his photo for confirmation. Aaron arrived and was clean, professional, listened to my issue and explained the steps he was going to follow with the associated quote for the work. An hour later the sink was flowing again, faster than ever before. Aaron cleaned up the job, completed the paperwork and confirmed that everything was completed to my satisfaction before leaving. Let me start by saying thank you to Matthew. Anyone can sell you furniture, however great customer service is hard to find. That's because customer service has become a lost art, but Matthew and Interiors Furniture Galleries do it right. I have to be honest, we were nervous when we received the original delivery of our new dining room collection. It unfortunately came with a few defects and damages from the manufacturer. Our first thought was are we going to get push back and excuses? Will it take months of follow up emails and calls to get the issue resolved? Of course we were thinking the worse. To our pleasant surprise no. Matthew took ownership of the problem, explained what action he was going to take, kept us informed and resolved the problem as quickly as possible. Within a couple of weeks a new delivery was scheduled and all our concerns were addressed. You now have a satisfied customer, who will definitely be a repeat customer and an advocate for Interiors Furniture Galleries.

It is now more than 6 years since we had Elite Designed Concrete Inc. complete our driveway, stairs and porch with decorative concrete. The original work is in great condition which is a testament to their workmanship which has withstand the test of time. Part of the reason is their amazing on-going customer service. We use HomeStars every time we require professional service and this time was no exception. When our AC stopped working we called 5 different providers including Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems Inc. Of all 5 companies we compared, only Cy from Spring Home came the same day and took his time to review our existing situation and provide us with several options. Being the diligent shoppers we asked Cy several more questions (via email and phone) over several days and even had him come back to our house for another review of our choices. Every time Cy was professional, on time and a pleasure to deal with and never pushy. We finally realized that the right choice was to go with Spring Home. Now this is where we usually get nervous. Sales people work hard to get your business, but what will our installation experience be? To our pleasant surprise it was just as professional and on time. This included correcting some existing duct work that was incorrectly installed. The work was neat and clean, and we are very happy with all of it. We ended up replacing our A/C, furnace, humidifier and air purifier, all Lennox products. Our entire experience with everyone at Spring Home, including Cheryl, was consistent. This ensured us that we were working with professionals who treated us like their most important customer and I couldn’t ask for anything more. We have been a satisfied Grand Alarms customer since 2002 when we purchased our new home. Recently (summer 2014) we decided that we wanted to upgrade our security system (12 years old). We researched many options and had several quotes and consultations, but in the end the best options, solution and price was Grand Alarms. It has been over 4 years since our decorative concrete (driveway, stairs and porch) has been completed. After spending several frustrating months looking for new furniture for our family room, we came to the conclusion that in order to get exactly what we wanted, in the sizes we wanted and in the quality finish we were looking for, it would have to be customized and therefore very expensive. Not only did we see exactly what we wanted but we soon found out we could also get the pieces customized to the sizes we needed and could choose the wood and finish as well, and all within a reasonable price. A few days ago I had the unfortunate accident of having my garage door spring snap. I called Dodds Garage Door Systems Inc. and I was immediately greeted by a pleasant support person named Angie who provided all the information I needed and booked the required service call for later that afternoon. At home I was greeted by John, one of their servicemen, who approached me with a smile, quick assessment, pricing and professional service. John then went on to answer all my questions and more. After he completed the job I asked John to visit my neighbour who was also having garage problems, which he did without hesitation. All you hear these days is how "customer service is dead". Well it's alive and well at Dodds Garage Door Systems. Within 24 hours of my problem, I was totally satisified with the professional work received by all the staff involved at Dodds. We were more than pleased with the work and final outcome of the project, then, to our pleasant surprise, Raffy contacted us as soon as the weather improved to let us know that he had been to our home to see how the work has faired during the winter and informed us that he would have his team by the following day to apply two additional coats of sealer. And as promised, we arrived at our home the following afternoon to see that the work was completed and looking better than ever.
