Like many others here I wish I read these reviews earlier. They almost word for word correspond to my own experience. Found this company online, got mislead with their list of 'licensed ' brands. Booked an appointment, the guy came, looked around and after 10 minutes concluded he needs to start 'manipulating' the dishwasher (his term) for about 45 min for $285+tax. Said that was his labor rate. Boy that'd a hefty rate for something he could not even explain! On top of it any part he would identify would be extra. Plus the leaking hose behind the dishwasher was not his job, 'that's for a plumber'. Paid him $80+tax I agreed to upfront, kicked him out. Called their customer support, just wasted another 20 min to find out they are not even certified to repair Bosch (despite what their website says). Then decided to look them up - and reading all the others reviews realized how lucky I was to just show him the door! Just a bunch of fraudsters with illegal business practices. Lesson learned, never again anyone without proper research first. P.S. Called Bosch number found imprinted on my dishwasher, they are sending their tech for FREE assessment and quote. Should have done it from the get go...

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Titans were very professional along the way. Good response time, detailed and very professionally done quote with proper level of details. Always returning calls / emails. Reasonably sized roof fully installed in less than a day. As part of quality check identified the need to install two bathroom vents and did that extra work at reasonable price. Had some issues with nails not fully cleaned up by the crew after the work was completed, but Titans took it seriously, diligently followed up and had resolved to my satisfaction. Overall a very decent experience and a good looking roof.
