We ordered blinds and were called four days later to tell us that they had given us the wrong price and the cost would be double. We had ordered this brand beacuse we wanted the 3 day manufacture guarantee as we were in a hurry for the blinds. Aparently they audited the order and called us 4 days after we ordered to tell us it was wrong (ie no order placed).
They let us cancel the order and place a new one with a different company and gave us another 10% for our trouble when I asked for it. I was unimpressed we had to ask for a discount as instead of waiting a week for our blinds we were now going to wait the inital 4 days to call us plus another 2 weeks. The lady that called was helpful and nice so I was feeling okay about it.
When we went in to the store to sign off on the new order not only did we have to wait a really long time for service but the lady that took us to customer service for the refund was rude, didn't even say she was sorry for the error and acted like we were inconviencing her (she rushed ahead to the customer service desk, not even waiting for us). She was an older lady but I didn't catch her name.
