Nice to meet Ryan today who was able to come by on a Sunday to add a shut-off valve, replace my waterline, and cut the wall to provide access for the junction box. Oh, " ...and while he was here..." he was able to squeeze in some time to re-caulk my kitchen counter! Pleasant to deal with, punctual, tidy, explained what he was doing, and did a great job, all at a reasonable cost.

Purchased a Whirlpool Upright Freezer. I started the order online, and then had the CSR call me to discuss options. To my surprise, I was able to arrange for delivery within 5 days! Paid an extra $20 to remove my 20 year old HUGE (24cu ft) chest freezer from my basement. Crew was fast and friendly. Price includes extended 4 year warranty, shipping, taxes and full removal of old appliance.

Was so happy to find Goldwell Restoration. Last year I found 7 contractors and each had a different solution with varing costs. I was so confused! I met with Kris who gave an honest quote and scope of required work, knowing I was very cost conscience! C.K. was the employee who did all the work and he was incredibly thorough and mindful (I think he should get a raise! :)) He is meticulous and takes pride in his work. He understands his work has a direct impact on his reputation. I am so happy that my cold room waterproofing has held up with and no leaks! I wish I had more money to have them do my basement floor! All in all i had my porch resurfaced, new railing, and cold room waterproofed at a very reasonable price. Seems like a very humble and honest company. Thanks for doing such a great job!

We had a very good experience with Dodds. After hearing them advertise on 680 News and conducting some independent research we decided to go with Dodds. Having been in the business for many years and having very competitive prices, gave us the confidence we needed to go with Dodds. The installation was flawless and the service technician was polite and respectful. The quoted price includes tax.

MAR 2016: I recently received my FREE yearly maintenance check-up for my furnace. I have to say, a part of me is always leary as I expect them to come up with some sort of additional costs. But in the last 3 years that has never happened. The service tech was knowledgeable and offered advice on how to keep my furnace maintained. No cost other than the maintenance program fee ($9.99/month). They were very accommodating in terms of scheduling as well. Thanks for the great customer service! UPDATE (JUN 2016): I recently signed up for the A/C maintenance plan and received my first free maintenance. Everyone throughout the process (customer service rep, technician) was professional and courteous. The service tech was very knowledgeable and offered advice on how to keep my A/C maintained. Again, no additional cost (other than the fee for the maintenance program: $4.99/month). Great customer service through and through.
