Our family of 4 moved from Milton to Ottawa at the end of August. After reviewing several moving companies we ended up choosing Let's get moving, due in part because of the excellent reviews online, the information they provided when I spoke to them on the phone, and the price they quoted me for packing and the move (which was quite competitive). They were able to walk me through the entire process and leading up to the move, sent us helpful emails on what to expect. I have used moving companies in the past, but this was the first time I had experienced a truly stress-free move. The packing service was outstanding. The actual move was flawless. Our movers were professional and courteous and worked extremely efficiently. In the end, our final price was even less than quoted. We recently moved into a house with a "finished basement". There was a bathroom , where the shower was constantly leaking through the wall onto the outside carpet in the basement floor. Michael really saved the day for us. His level of knowledge, attention to detail and the care he puts into helping his customers is really exceptional. He provides really good advice, and offers real common sense solutions and fixes to problems other companies would charge an arm and a leg for, On top of everything he is just a genuinely nice person.
