We purchased a brand new wool rug that was shipped from the USA and it smelled musty & horrible. We loved the rug and didn’t want the hassle to return it so I found Love Your Rug and asked them if they could get the smell out of this new rug. They came immediately and picked it up and cleaned it and returned it within a week and it smelled better but there was still that musty oder so they offered to try again and use some more special techniques to remove the smell. Cathy was amazing from the start and so helpful and then I spoke to Jim a head technician and he assured me that they could remove the Oder. They picked it up again and redid the rug ... no extra charges & it came back perfect and we are so happy. It is not very often that you receive this above and beyond service from a company!!! They are exceptional at their profession and with customer service!!! Thank you so much Cathy & Jim ... I will definitely be using your company again and will recommend you to all of my friends!!

Our 17 year old Kohler kitchen faucet was leaking and needed to be fixed. Being very leery of Plumbers we decided to do some research on Home Stars to find a reputable Company. We decided to use WaterWorks Plumbing due to their high ratings and excellent reviews. Micheal came the next day within a one hour window so we didn't have to sit around all day waiting. MIcheal was very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He explained everything and fixed our faucet within one hour and shined it up to look and work like new!!! It was so refreshing to finally meet a extremely knowledgeable and HONEST PLUMBER!!!! We highly recommend Water Works Plumbing and Drains and would definitely contact them again with any other plumbing needs in the future. Our Bergere Chairs are over 30 years old and we wanted to update the look and have them refinished in Antique gold stain and reupholstered in Napoleon Bee fabric . John delivered the chairs today and they look absolutely amazing ... every detail in the finish is gorgeous ... I can't believe they are the same Chairs!!! I highly recommend John as he is a real pleasure to work with and has a real eye for details and great follow up and communication. Thank you John ... there are not many people that can do this quality of work at an affordable price.

We had been searching for the perfect bar stools and finally found them at The Chair Source. Geoff the design consultant helped us choose the stool and size and custom design the colour and seats to corordinate with our kitchen ... he was extremely knowledgeable and we really appreciated all of his help. The stools were delivered on time and Geoff followed up on all details with us ... the stools are made in Quebec and were custom designed for us ... they look amazing we were extremely happy with the quality and the design. Even the delivery people were so efficient and neat ... they came exactly on time and unwrapped the stools and took all the paper away and they even took our old stools!!! Thank you Geoff and we highly recommend The Chair Source for service .... quality and delivery.

We purchased a classic square computer monitor online and it was suppose to be a one month delivery. I contacted the head office and asked if it could be shipped earlier as we really needed it as ours had broken. It was delivered the next day and we were so happy. We then had some problems connecting the monitor to our computer and so we went to the Yonge & Roxbourgh Store and they immediately helped us to get everything working. We would definitely recommend shopping at Staples and we are very pleased with their website and in store service.

We called Husky for an estimate on a Lennox Air Conditoner. Dimetre called us back within 30 minutes and was able to give us a quote over the phone and the estimate was $500. Less then other quotes from other companies. We booked the appointment with a window between 1-3 and the Husky Team arrived promptly at 1:00PM The Husky Team were very professional and efficient. They removed our old air Conditoner unit and replaced it with our new air conditoner all within 3 1/2 hours ... They were so neat and cleaned up everything. the Husky Team explained everything to us and even arranged for the rebate. We highly recommend Husky as we are extremely happy with our new Air Conditoner and the amazing service from the Husky Team .,, Thank Husky Team ... We will call you again for any future needs!
