We chose Bart and team to help us modernize and build in accessibility to a replacement ski chalet for a charity that trains and programs for youth with challenges including physical disabilities. We found Bart as we wanted to have a team with a Rick Hansen design qualification. He also showed us that we would partner with us from start to finish. We have an incredible design now. It reflects the aspirations and wants of our members including the athletes, their families and our volunteers. Bart has had to make endless iterations to facilitate a complex stakeholder environment. He's done this with excellence, patience and constant support. He is responsive and cares deeply for our success. I could not provide a higher reccomendation.

We needed to have a cleaning service into our home to prepare it for new owners. Juliet and team so they could handle the job and do it exceptionally well which they absolutely did. We were thrilled and would recommend them very highly.

Nick from Gates was a wonderful guy. Scheduling was easy and quick. Nick was a great communicator. I was also impressed that he would have treated the starlings humanely. They had fledged and he had to just remove the nest ( was a big one) and repair the access point. Best home service experience that we have had. Highly recommend.

They emailed and called within minutes of receiving my inquiry late in the day. I had a pleasant and skilled crew here first thing the next day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and dealt with it. I was able to pay using Visa as they are a Square seller. One of those things where I hope I don't have to call them again, but I won't hesitate if I have an issue.

They did a nice job taking care of a problem we had with a toilet that was leaking. It wasn't a big job, but they managed it very well. Our next experience wasn't as good.

These guys fixed a problem that many other just couldn't manage. We had a rattling pipe and had a lot of other plumbers in (including Bruce Clark and Sons) and they were able to solve it. Huge relief.

These gents were fabulous. I found them on Homestars - sent an email and had a response in an hour or so. They had a technician out to our place same day. He was ok with a crazy puppy and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Karin and team were really terrific. We were so impressed with Karin - she met every commitment that she made to us - you will have my quote Monday, my team will be there on this date and done by this date. You'll be satisfied or i will come back and make sure that everything is to your satisfaction. The team were very clearly professionals. They were happy working with each other and it all worked for us. We will use Karin again.
