Contacted Neo kitchens and a few others while we were looking to get a custom vanity for our master bathroom. After we met with Michael we made the decision to go ahead with them. One of the reasons I was keen on using them was because of Gaby. Throughout the process of ordering and installing Gaby always kept me posted on the progress. On the day of the installation , I was so happy with the vanity. It was everything that we wanted and great quality. My inlaws had issues with cold air entering their patio doors during the winter. Looked on homestars and had my inlaws contact Eco Choice Windows. They were in quick contact with Gabe and within a few hours my inlaws were at the showroom. My inlaws were impressed with Gabe that they decided to buy their new patio doors that day. ( My MIL was worried that installation would take several months due to production times but was glad to hear that within 4 weeks she would get her new doors) . The doors have been installed and my inlaws are soo happy with the service and quality of the product. They will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Gabe for all your help!

My parents were looking to have all their windows and door replaced and had a few companies come to give a quote. My parents were really impressed with Dmitri as he provided advice and recommended size of windows based on the non standard window sizes that were in the home. Right away my mom knew she wanted Galaxy to do the work. From start to finish both Dimtri and Alex kept my mom in the loop with the progress of the ordering to the installation . My mom had some concerns and right away they were handled in a professional manner. My mom is extremely satisfied with her new windows and door and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Galaxy windows. Fantastic customer service and products.

Writing this review on my parents behalf, the were in need of a new air conditioning unit and actually took a contract with another company who charged for a better a/c unit but arrived with a cheaper unit ...my parents cancelld the order and i was refered to Mark by a co worker. Not only did Mark show up when he said he would but made some really good recommendations based on his knowledge of older homes. My parents were soo happy with his service and knowledge and will use him again for sure.
