Roy and his team had done the hardwood in my house during a renovation about 1-2 years ago. Now, I wanted to have the carpet stripped off my stairs and some new hardwood put into dining room which we had not done during the renovation. As usual, Roy and his team were on time and got the job done right. Initially, for example, the stain color on the stairs did not match our floors. So, what did Roy do? He had all the stairs re-sanded and re-stained at no extra cost until we were satisfied. The dining room floors also look great - just like the rest of our house. Very satisfied!

Hi Atul, it was again a pleasure to have dealings with you again. I recall the house in its before stage of the first project and know how much of an improvement our work offered and now the final stage is complete. Roy and I believe that the best circumstances come out of favourable relations, and here was another example of that. Enjoy our work and your home.

I called Ralph on Saturday to install some light fixtures. He said he was in the area and would be by to do the work that afternoon. He came on schedule and he and his partner did a fantastic job even though the light fixtures did not have the right brackets and one was an expensive (and heavy) chandelier. I will definitely recommend this company and will have them back to do my potlights.
