Finally problems were corrected accordingly.Took a while but now everything is ok.Now my question is why was not done right from the beginning?
Not happy at all with this company.I thought a larger company will be easier to deal but I was wrong.They rushed and cut corners big time.No attention to details.
Very rude when asked to fixed problems.Slopy job and not to trust when they say will come.No communication from them once you paid them.Stones are not levelled and polymer sand is not filled between.Few areas were left stones in the air without lateral support .Same with driveway curbs,no lateral support .Also the backyard is not flat levelled.A mess for the money I paid.
Last day on work site they just put sod over bumpy soil and over tree roots.I had to do sod cuts around roots.While at work,they dropped heavy tools on new sod and when asked to remove and pay attention,crew leader Jeff called me "nuts".
Three weeks after they did not returned to correct the problems.Keep saying this Saturday,than move to this Sunday. And same BS for next weekend.Again,
RESPECT CUSTOMERS FOR MONEY THEY PUT IN YOUR POCKETS!
This is my answer to company response:
First of all you did not schedule any repair.You just inform me on a Saturday morning your team will come.I told you is not a good time and I would prefer to schedule with me in advance.
A "schedule" to me means when both parties agree to a date and time.You just can not come on a weekend without prior to discuss this with client.Please let me know in advance when you are willing to come.As for the backyard sod it is kinda late after almost 6 weeks to remove established grass and re-level the soil. Anyway nice approach when a customer is not happy , your company threat with law suit.
Everything I wrote reflect the reality.Look at the pictures.Does it look right to you?
Why someone will leave a negative feedback for a good job?
There is absolutely no reason.Happy customers always leave positive feedback.This is only a response for a poor job. I'm sorry you feel frustrated regarding my review but it is only show my thoughts and feeling.I did not know being honest it gets me a law suit.If this the way you are running business be it.Your choice.
I know and hope you'll come for repairs but why you just don't do it right from the beginning?
