Very impressed by the professionalism and response time with Inch by Inch. This is my second time having them inspect. Tony was very responsive and managed to come by on holiday and do a few tests to put our minds at ease. He showed up with his specialized equipment ready to go. His explanation and attention to detail are excellent. Would not hesitate to hire this firm in future for all my inspection/mold needs!

Very good experience in Barrie with Evgeny @ 911 Appliance Repair Services. Installed new dishwasher and removed old unit very quick, professional, and even shared pictures. Service was good right from the beginning. Quotation was provided over phone after a brief description. The other companies did not even bother to return my messages! Anyhow, the person doing the work actually explained his procedure and gave an excellent description and answered all my questions/concerns. Work was good, and he also looked at few other areas of my basement to make sure all was in good order. Overall Excellent work.

I was having trouble with a 15 year old furnace. Steve returned my call and scheduled something the same day I called! Everyone else wanted 3 days in advance and would only show up if I had "no heat" condition. Really, with a 2 year old living in the house, why should I wait until "no heat" to happen before I call someone to get a same day rush response.... these HVAC companies just don't get it if you ask me. I can't say that for Steve. He said he would call me back, and he did, he worked to find the time to meet my tenant's schedule, and I appreciate that. Technician very quickly cleaned and diagnosed the furnace. Problem seemed to be a venter motor which is slowly on it's way out. I wanted a professional diagnosis to fix my problem the first time, and that's what was delivered, not a maybe, could be, let's try replacing this or that. Good job. I will be keeping Steve's number for future business, that is for sure.
