I was having trouble with a 15 year old furnace. Steve returned my call and scheduled something the same day I called! Everyone else wanted 3 days in advance and would only show up if I had "no heat" condition. Really, with a 2 year old living in the house, why should I wait until "no heat" to happen before I call someone to get a same day rush response.... these HVAC companies just don't get it if you ask me.
I can't say that for Steve. He said he would call me back, and he did, he worked to find the time to meet my tenant's schedule, and I appreciate that.
Technician very quickly cleaned and diagnosed the furnace. Problem seemed to be a venter motor which is slowly on it's way out.
I wanted a professional diagnosis to fix my problem the first time, and that's what was delivered, not a maybe, could be, let's try replacing this or that. Good job. I will be keeping Steve's number for future business, that is for sure.
