There were sounds coming from the boarded up basement fireplace rough-in. When I described them over to phone to Keith, he immediately diagnosed raccoons. He set up an appointment with me, reached on time, and using his experience and some excellent equipment, immediately confirmed his diagnosis. I agreed on the spot to let him fix the problem. To cut a long story short, Keith managed to humanely relocate four baby raccoons and their mother while cutting out just a small 6 inch x 6 inch hole in my finished basement (that he fixed back). Professionalism and competence just "dripped" out of Keith and along with his wide variety of tools, he provides an unbeatable service. I strongly recommend him to anybody who has a pest problem.

Renters of my property reported noises in the basement (I was out of the country). NIMBY personnel visited the property, diagnosed a mice problem, placed bait and charged $350 + tax. On my return, I could, as a layman, immediately discern that this was not a mice problem, but some bigger animal. The house has a "dead" chimney and the sound was loudest at the boarded off fireplace rough-in. I also noticed that the chimney cover was broken. Sure enough, another company I called immediately diagnosed, over the phone, a raccoon invasion. (Turns out, they were right!) I called NIMBY asking for a follow up visit. They (Brad, then Paul), literally, hung up on me once it was clear what I was asking for. I wouldn't go as far as to call them crooked, but they sure are incompetent and unwilling to live up to their responsibilities. I am going to avoid them in the future; I'd suggest anybody who reads this does the same.
