Please please read the reviews on this company left by Allison and David on this site about this company before you sign up. All is true in our case and a whole lot more. Every installation that these guys did was of a poor quality. Project manager was incompetent. Rarely supervised his workers on a daily basis and never checked their quality of work. Rarely any of them cleaned up at the end of the day. I asked over and over but no. We had to do the cleaning ourself since we were living there. Even at the end they did not bother. Poor delivery of their job. I had to ask for everything to be redone. They redid everything two or three times before getting it right. They have some good workers but overall, stay away or be prepared for a mess of a renovation and a whole lot of redoing. A 6 week project went on for almost 5 months. They are still not done. I have lots of pics from their low quality of work and I can go on and on writing about it . I gave them 2 since they redid their work.

Sam and his crew: I might have had high expectations but being polite,clean, and tidy can not be too much to ask. Sam is very young and impatient. At times very rough with handling parts/installations. He or his crew member caused damages to the parts they were installing too many times. Of course, he never accepted responsibility. He is very focused on increasing his billing. No matter how gracious you are with him, he still tries to pull additional charges here and there. Also, he does not show up prepared. That might be due to his lack of experience in doing certain jobs. He also lacks proper communication skills in dealing with unexpected. Most jobs do not go as planned. Overall, he has potential if he realizes a business can only grow by respecting a customers expectations and doing high quality work at a fair price.

Please stay away from this company if you could. I asked for a repair job and they sent in the most incompetent and unprofessional indiv. He never showed up on time, never kept his promises, never finished the job. A rel. small job was dragged on for 3 mo. Guess what, during winter time his installation cracked open. Now, I am being traumatized over and over again by the same repairman to have him come in and fix his own mess which is under warranty. It has been very clear to me that these people are not supervised/managed properly. Or, it might be that the company accepts jobs that they do not have time/qualification to perform. Job is still not fixed and I keep leaving messages.
