This was the most unprofessional poor service. a 3 week reno ended up being 12 weeks. they left with 13,000 dollars. Had to have tiler in to fix the tile work.a plummer In. fix the plumming work , painters in to fix the paint by number paint job, someone in to redo the caulking work. place there tools on Marble floor took the the finish off Marble floor from. the front entry way into the bathroom. have the photos of of this awful work. absolutely no intrest by the owner of this company.Thank God for being a stylist on Bay Street A lawyer hooked me up with tiler.painter. Another client hook me up with plummer.another client connected us to someone to do the glass shower doors. With these new professional trades people the work was done in 2 weeks with bathroom complete. a stunning job .Thanks to all the clients who pointed us in right direction.

S.R. Contracting have been working with us to maintain and repair our family property for a number of years and we have always found the company to be courteous, punctual, reliable, and personable. Their work is top notch. Since last year they have completed the following projects on our property:
1 ) Paint and renovation, full upgrade of property
2) Mould repair
3) Installation of radiator heating system into basement apartment and extension
4) Emergency plumbing repair due to burst pipes
5) Emergency heating repair due to breakdown of boiler
6) Emergency roof repair due to winter damage of roof
Sam Regan, the principal of S.R.Contracting, always responds immediately to our call for assistance. He provides insightful advice on the phone, comes right away and assesses the situation, and delivers timely solutions to the problems or issues at hand. I always feel like Sam is on our side, and that the advice and support he provides in maintaining the property is in our interests. It is as if he were looking after his own property.
Most recently Sam responded at midnight to our emergency call when the pipes burst on the coldest night of the year. He came out immediately to check the damage and assess the right course of forward action. I couldn't have been more impressed and appreciative of his service and actions. I really would recommend Sam to anyone for his wonderful service.

Sam is very professional and know a lots about a lots. I been using SR contracting in multiple occasions, finish a basement, plumbing, floors bathroom etc... I am very happy with the result every time.

Sam and his team met and exceeded our expectations. They installed new plumbing in our basement, replaced our lead pipes, framed and insulated our basement, new electrical, as well as installed a finished bathroom for us in our basement, and redid our water lines. They provided quality work, and were quick to resolve any issues effectively. They were efficient, very clean, timely, and skilled in the work. We were very happy with the whole process.

I had Sam come out to my parents and take a look at our townhouse where we wanted to:

1) Gut and remodel our first floor powder room
2) Remove the existing flooring in our hallway and vestibule and replace with new tile
3) Install 6 new pot lights in our kitchen
4) Install new track lighting in the hallway
5) Paint the kitchen & powder room (Trim included)

Through the first stages of the planning phase, we gave Sam the approximate budget we'd like to stick to and he was able to provide a lot of guidance and insight into different products and methods of construction to stay within that budget and still exceed our expectations. When choosing materials and finishes Sam personally made it a point to sit with us and dedicate his time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted to achieve aesthetically and weren't making any arbitrary decisions. He brought in sample after sample upon request until we had picked out everything down to the colour of the grout for the tiles.

The estimated cost was well within budget and he had Chris and his crew starting the work a day after contract was signed. He was very upfront about schedule, his staff and progress. He gave us a date in which he expected to finish, who would be in our home and at what time. There was a day or two where he knew his crew wouldn't be able to work at our home and he let us know before hand and had extra hands (including himself) the next day to make sure we were still on track. Sam was very proactive when it came to communication letting us know what was happening with our project throughout the day. If ever a decision had to be made based on our preference or if he felt there may be a better alternative to what was initially set out, Sam personally made the call and did not proceed until he had confirmation from us to do so. Everyday that work was being conducted, Sam stopped by to check the progress of work in addition to doing the work himself on days where he wanted to get ahead.

In the end the project was finished on time and on budget. We had a few extras that were not in the original contract in which Sam provided documentation to reflect the additions as well as working in into the existing schedule. The quality and craftsmanship was superb and my folks couldn't be happier with the result. Sam and his crew are VERY detail oriented, extremely friendly, professional and most of all trustworthy. The renovation industry is known to be a little rough on the edges but SR Contracting is definitely on the other side of the spectrum in that regard.

In terms of finances, Sam was very professional. He did not ask for the full amount up front, he gave us a detailed breakdown for a series of deposits and installments outlining exactly what each one covered in an invoice on his letterhead, with a portion of the cost being held back until a week after completion to take care of odds and ends.

I would personally recommend SR Contracting to anyone planning on doing any kind of remodel whether it be a simple bathroom remodel or a a new addition and beyond. I have personally seen a lot of SR Contracting's other projects (in progress and finished product) and can confirm they have a WIDE range of what they can do and do so on a high level. Sam and his staff take a lot of pride in their work and ensure you are looked after every step of the way, can't go wrong with SR Contracting.

In my opinion, SR Contracting Inc., are honest, punctual, clean, very courteous,flexible and above all, do a great job. Our kitchen work looks amazing and modernized, together with all the painting showing good professionalism all round. I have to thank them for their suggestions and advice on ideas for the kitchen. Administratively good and always contactable by email or phone with a speedy reply. After Service very good and again a speedy response to any minor issues.

I contacted SR contracting for a quick last minute job.Sam was able to fit me in with very little notice .I appreciated the fast prompt service and was happy with the results.I would reccommend SR to any homeowner or contractor looking for good results and a professional demeanor.

Sam renovated for us at three different times. He had wonderful people working with him. They were prompt and clean and would manage to meet deadlines no matter what suprises my old house threw at them. they were very professional and capable.
