I contacted Terin when I was looking for an electrician to come in and install two ceiling lights and replace a thermostat for in-floor heating. I honestly chose him because the reviews were great and I liked the transparency in the pricing, and I'm sure glad I did. He did excellent work, but aside from that he went out of his way and when he understood that I was listing the house gave me some great tips regarding the electrical (my house is an older home). It's a good feeling when someone is "on your side" who genuinely cares about the project and is in it for the long haul and not just concerned with some quick money. I know that, if I have any questions about anything, I can reach out to him for some guidance.

Great service! Jeremy was incredibly responsive and came by the same evening to provide a quote. It wasn't an urgent job so we went into the queue and he was very good with communicating when the job would be done. Excellent job, would not hesitate to recommend.

B&W is great. We have an old, original garage (circa 1930) with a very large, heavy door. In the winter the garage shifts a bit and the door popped off the track and the spring dislodged. While we know a new garage will be in our future in a couple of years we were hoping for a quick and inexpensive repair to tide us over, and that's exactly what we got -- the value add was the quick appointment (we called Thursday, he came out Saturday morning) and the great service. He completed the work in about an hour at a very fair price and gave our garage an extended life. 10/10, wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

The first cold snap of the year and we woke up to cool air blowing through our duct vents. I contacted Knight Plumbing and, expecting they'd be busy, was put on a wait-list. Thankfully, a spot opened up later in the morning and the issue was fixed by Karl within 30 minutes of his arrival. Thanks as well to Mark for keeping in touch throughout the process so that I knew what to expect. Friendly, professional and efficient -- I would highly recommend Knight.

Andy was great -- a true owner/operator who cares about the quality of his work and charging a fair price. I'll be booking him again for my next plumbing project.
