Open Canopy Tree Co. Was fantastic right from the quote stage. Jeremy did a great job explaining what they would do and making recommendations based on my questions. His crew was friendly and did everything they set out to do and then explained what theyd done and what would happen next. The trees they pruned look great and the ones they took out they really ground down the stumps and the roots so that space is now useable for something else. They cleaned up after themselves and even talked to my neighbour to make sure they cleaned up what they had dropped on her side of the fence. Really great job overall and Id highly recommend them for any tree removal or pruning job.

I had a spruce tree with a branch at the top that was bent and weighed down by cones that had formed owing to drought conditions over the last two years. I was concerned that the branch could break in time, causing damage to the tree. The crew was able to prune the branch and clean up in a very short time. I appreciated the ability to speak to the arborist about why he had cut the branch at the specific location. Ive had excellent service from this company.

We hired Open Canopy Tree Co to prune our Elm tree. We wanted it to be pruned up 20ft and to Crown the top. It has to be done between October and March. They did it January 3rd as the weather has been nice. They did exactly as we had asked and they worked hard on the project. I asked one of the fellows to take one branch off that was at the top and would be heading to our neighbours home. He did it no problem. The fellows cleaned up thoroughly after the project. This is the second time I have used Open Canopy.

We scheduled Open Canopy Tree Co. to prune three large trees of deadwood, crossing and rubbing branches, removing dead tops and in one case, prune away from the house. The work was scheduled a couple of months in advance for mid-November, 2023. The crew of three came on the scheduled day and did a superb job including cleaning up after. I am very happy with the work done by the crew of Connor, Joseph and Tony.
